Ug. Having a hard time getting to "one"derland.It is really hard to get out and walk or jog when it is so hot! I've also been dealing with a relapse of the sugar addiction.
Ok. One week at a time. This week we are driving to Las Vegas on Wednesday and driving home on Sunday. Traveling and vacation! Scary!
Plan: Take workout clothes. Use the hotel treadmill 30 minutes each day. Absolutely NO sugar! Water only. Photo log my food! I'm actually looking forward to this part, seems like it may be fun.
Goal: lose 5 pounds, but would be happy with a 3 pound loss.
