Nemesis 1 - Defeated

My first nemesis: 210, has gone down! 210 has been beating me for over six years; today, I triumphed! I am now 209.6 pounds!!!!! Take that 210!

Now I am ready to crush my 12 year nemesis and be in "one"derland! I can do this!

Total loss in 7 weeks: 15.6 pounds!
Total loss from my heaviest: 26.4 pounds

And my sugar/grain addiction? Still there, but I am winning the battle daily. Only once in the past seven weeks did I miss not being able to dive into a box of chocolates with reckless abandon.

I don't miss; however, the way I felt before! I don't miss the feeling of constant fatigue. I don't miss feeling weak. I don't miss feeling defeated.

I am excited about how far I've come and where I am going. I am grateful to my family for their support, candidness, and love. I am so grateful for their encouragement and celebrations with me! Thank you!
