I weighed in Saturday morning before we left to visit my Dad. I had lost another 2.2 pounds! Nice!
Started out the weekend with a workout, then drove 4 hours to visit my
dad and grandparents. Spent two days there completely abandoning my new
life style (including eating habits) and man do I feel it today! I am
lethargic, irritable, crampy, etc., etc. UG. AND I'm sure I put on a few
pounds of food! Yuck. So, today I am back with vengeance. I weigh,
measure, and take pictures on Sunday (can't believe its been a month
already) and there is NO WAY I am seeing a plus on the scale this week! No Way.
Double workouts everyday this week and super strict eating should do it. Get enough calories and nutrition for my needs and workout like a mad woman. Cross your fingers for me. I'm nervous.
