What to Eat

After talking to multiple people about my frustration with not being in control of my food, we came to the conclusion that I have/had a sugar/wheat addiction. So, I got mad because I don't want ANY addiction to control me. I decided to go cold turkey for a month before I start slowly adding in a little bit at a time. But, what do you eat when you can't have anything with wheat (flour) or added sugar?

My sister(s) are also doing this and frustrated with planning meals, so I said I would post mine on my blog.

That's a great meal plan! And I actually had to reread the top part because I started reading the breakfast options and for some reason was thinking that you were saying you eat all of that in one sitting. I was kind of freaking out for you. lol I'm super smart, I know. ;)

Angel that is awesome! You should post this weeks meal plans soon too! I'm excited to see what your eating this week. This helped so much! I bought some spaghetti squash and I'm excited to use it for spaghetti... I just have to figure out how to cook it first. Haha :D
