Week 2 Menu

After thirteen days of a new diet (I'm not dieting, I have a new diet) and consistent workouts, I weighed. I haven't been on the scale since. That was hard. I found that not only am I addicted to sugar/flour, but also the scale.  The results? I lost  2.84%! I am actually looking forward to the next two weeks.

With Cameron's birthday and Thanksgiving, I've got my work cut out for me. I've already decided that for Cameron's birthday I will be making cupcakes instead of a cake and he choose carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I'll have one cupcake on Monday night, so I'll do extra cardio on Tuesday. Then on thanksgiving, I'm going to eat super strict the day before and the morning of and I'll have a tiny serving of everything for dinner. I'll just savor every bite.

Angel you are inspirational! I tried to go completely off sugar last week and it totally backfired... Breads are easy, I'm not totally off them, if I have them its little bits... its the sugar... I love your menu! I have a few questions, but I'll email you with those :) You're doing so well! Keep it up!
