So, I don't weigh again until this Sunday (27th) but I do NOT have high hopes. I did really well with Cameron's birthday, then I got sick. I haven't been able to work out in three days and my nutrition hasn't been consistent. I am hoping that I can work out tomorrow (Thanksgiving) first thing in the morning. I'll be consistent Friday and Saturday. We'll see.
I'm also going to measure and take pics on Dec. 1. That way I can have more than just weight to go off of. I'll weigh every two weeks and measure/take pics every month.
Even though I may not get the results I wanted during these two weeks, I'll keep moving forward. I'm sticking with it and not letting this addiction control me.
