I love when I find them in cute moments like this!
Delicious New Recipe
(NOT figure friendly! But, once in a while is fine, right?)
"Cinnabon" Cinnamon Rolls - adapted from this site:
http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/Cinnabon-Cinnamon-Rolls-Recipe.html
Rolls
Combine 3 Cups of flour, 1/4 C. sugar, 3/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 tsp. yeast, and 1/8 tsp. baking soda in mixer
Add 2 eggs, 1 C. water, and 1 TBS Buttermilk (I used reg. milk this time) until blended
Then, add 1/4 C. softened butter
Knead for 15 minutes with dough hook
Wrap and refrigerate overnight
Roll out to 17x20 rectangle
Filling
Spread 1/4 C. softened butter over rolled out dough
Mix together 1 C. firmly packed dark brown sugar, 2 TBS. Cinnamon (I'll use more next time) and sprinkle evenly over the butter. (Leave one inch at the end not covered with butter or sugar mix). Use a little water to wet the uncovered inch of dough so it will seal.
Roll the dough and cut, using a serrated knife, the ends off, then cut the remaining roll into 8 equal parts.
Place on top of parchment paper in a baking dish. Set in warm place for 1 hr. until full size.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
While baking, mix frosting.
Frost immediately after rolls are removed from oven.
Frosting
1/4 C. softened butter
4 oz. cream cheese
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 drops of lemon extract (I used orange extract this time)
Using mixer, blend together and whisk for 10 minutes.

Those look mouth watering... oh darn you Angel... I have to make those now. :) ;) :P
Very cute pic! And yes, those look delicious!! I may have to make some soon. :D Though I probably couldn't eat more than one, if I could even eat one...I sort of unintentionally cut out quite the majority of sugar I eat (we decided to cut our grocery budget and had no room for "extras") and now I'm finding I get "sugared out" very quickly. I guess that's good though, right? haha
These are the BEST I have ever had! I told her they were better than cinnabon - and didn't realize they were a similar recipe! YUM!!! Once in awhile is fine - and yes, getting "sugared out" is a good thing too! It's all good - but these are FANTASTIC! UMM - UMMM good!
we've decided to make them during december that way we can enjoy one for ourselves and give the rest away to someone skinnier :P
