Reading Rater

Christmas Jars Reunion by Jason F. Wright

Another heart-warming story by Jason F. Wright. The book has a good message and leaves the reader feeling satisfied. This book does deal with some adult issues.

Relationships: Familial, friendly, one on-again off-again relationship is clean and adds humor and depth to the story.
Language: Zero swear words, no slander
Violence: A man falls down icy stairs and shatters his leg. He ends up with metal pins after surgery. No gorey details.
Drugs/Alcohol: Just pain killers-used correctly
Other: issues dealing with death and greiving-
The story starts of at the funeral of a loved one.
A child is suffering from congenital heart disease and will die without a transplant

Audience: Readability-young adult
Appropriateness-all(with parental guidance to discuss issues as needed)
