More of the same. Today I had to do side planks as well as the regular ones. I also did biceps and triceps while sitting on the stability ball. For some strange reason that makes it a little more difficult. I also did a close grip on the lat pull down (which I have not done before). I am recovering faster now. The first session or two it took a few hours and today it was only about an hour for me to feel great afterward. Fun!
