Yesterday, we hung out with Aaron and Jeri. They took us out to breakfast at
IKEA's; yes, IKEA's. It was super
cheap and yummy! We feed 4 adults, one child, and one infant for about $14! What is really incredible is that each adult plate includes: potato chunk hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, and three French toast sticks! Bargain! Since they took us to breakfast, we did some quick family photos for them; and I mean quick! We spent less than 20 minutes to get the picture. Then, we went back to their house so I could burn the CD for them. Jeri liked one of the images but thought Aaron was too far away from the family.
Enter PHOTOSHOP! Jeri sat next to me and watched me manipulate the image to get Aaron closer. It was fun to see her reaction each time I would make a change. Here are the two images; before (he is "far away") and after (he is close).

As far as my getting healthy goes. I did well with my eating and portions. I did o.k. with drinking water, but it is difficult when you are not at home. This week we have some lofty goals. Cameron and I are getting healthy and spiritual. We are focusing on regular scripture study and prayer (just being more consistent). My goal is to go
18 miles this week (by foot, my car does not count)! Then, I want to do something active and fun on Saturday. I weigh tomorrow, so I will really get to see where I am starting at this time and I will also take pictures.

Awesome picture! It's amazing how photoshop does that... first Aaron is far, far away, then he is close! cool!
That Ikea breakfast sounds yummy... the chicken fajitas sound good, too. Can't wait to see the recipe. My girls love making homemade tortillas.
Have a nice Sunday, say hello to 4th ward for us.
