Getting Healthy Again

Ok, ok, I have found my resolve again. You probably already know that earlier this year I started my GETTING HEALTHY way of life. I was successful in losing 25 lbs.! Unfortunately, I have gained back 7 over the last few months due to stress that wasn't present before. When I looked at the picture of me and my mom the night we carved pumpkins, I was HORRIFIED by what I saw. I was sad; I felt HUGE. Anyway, I have decided that despite that stress that is still there, I am going to fight for my life and health. It is not going to be easy, but I KNOW it will be worth it.Well, there you have it. I will also be taking "Biggest Loser" style pictures (you know sports bra and shorts)! YIKES, I know! I will not be showing those to anybody until I am so pleased with my new healthy body in the future so don't worry. I will be blogging about my journey (success and failure) so please follow my adventure, join in and get healthy too, and let others know if you want. Hope to hear from lots of people as I set off on my own crusade.

Today, my goals are: drink 8 cups of water, eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, only snack if I need to, and rest to continue getting over this cold/flu that caught me. I will let you know how I did when I post again. Here's to my health! For everybody that I love; including me.

Good for you, Angel! You can do it. Have you looked into Oprah's diet guy... can't remember his name, but I think his books are Diet for Life, Fit for Life... something like that?? He sounds good, so look into his stuff. (I'm such a help, don't know his name or the correct titles to his books)
Anyhow, I have faith in you and can't wait to see your journey to fitness. It's not easy, but just think about all the support you have all around you!! Keep up the good work, and GOOD LUCK!
