One week ago today, we went to Danee's house to pick some apples. Little did I know that we would come home with 7 boxes full! What do you do with all of those apples? Make applesauce and juice. So, we did. My mom and Sean helped.

We made four batches of applesauce (each one filled that pot on the counter)! Lots of juice; oh, and two pies!

All of it was so yummy! I also made two loaves of whole wheat bread. It is also super yummy and easy to make. It has whole wheat, flaxseed, veggies, and oats in it so it is healthy too! It is also very easy to cut, and does not just fall apart when you put a knife to it.

This week, I subbed every day! Whew! Mon-Wed I spent in a 6th grade classroom. Thursday and Friday, I was in a 3rd grade classroom. At the end of the day Friday, one of the students gave this picture (of me) to me. So cute!

Another student had written this letter and had some of the other kids sign it. I thought it was so cute (especially the way they spelled "subatute")!

That's so cute. Working with kids is great. Good job, Mrs. Call.
Also, good job with the apple sauce and juice making. I like seeing pictures of my old house. Anything new break lately? Hope not!
I still need to make that yummy wheat bread. I have the recipe, now I need to make it. :)
